Casa Nova (“we”, “us”) provides AI assisted tools for staging and editing real estate photos. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Photos you upload
Listing photos you upload are processed to generate edits such as furnish, restyle, and declutter results. We use uploads only to provide and improve those features. Do not upload images you are not authorized to use.
Account and usage data
If you create an account, we store the details needed to sign you in, save properties, and manage billing. We also collect basic product analytics (for example feature usage) so we can keep the product reliable.
Sharing
We use subprocessors required to run AI inference, hosting, and authentication. We do not sell your personal information or your listing photos.
Retention and requests
We retain uploaded and generated images only as long as needed for the product and your properties, then delete or anonymize them under our retention schedule. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data associated with your account.
