By using Casa Nova you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
The service
Casa Nova provides AI tools to furnish, restyle, and clean listing photos. Results are automated drafts. You are responsible for reviewing every edit before publishing to MLS or marketing.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them so we can deliver edits and operate the product. You confirm you have the rights to upload each image.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer the service, scrape it, overload it, or use it to create deceptive property representations that violate local advertising or MLS rules.
Billing
Paid plans are billed on a flat monthly rate unless otherwise stated at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Fees already collected are non refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that staging outputs will match a specific aesthetic, sell a property, or meet every MLS checklist without your review.
